DIMEFARMA DE CANARIAS, SL is the owner of, and has the corresponding licence for the rights of exploitation of intellectual and industrial property contained in its Web.
All the contents of the Web, including the graphic design, source code, logos, texts, charts, illustrations, photographs and other elements which appear on the Web, unless otherwise indicated, are under the exclusive ownership of DIMEFARMA DE CANARIAS, SL.
In no case will it be taken that access and browsing on the part of the User means waiver, transmission, licence or total or partial granting of those rights by DIMEFARMA DE CANARIAS, SL, about any other right relating to its Web and the services offered by that Web.

DIMEFARMA DE CANARIAS, SL and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might correspond, submit to the Courts of Law and Tribunals of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas (Spain), unless it is the case that the regulation applicable impedes the parties from submitting to a specific jurisdiction.
